Using Sage & Palo Santo:

• Light your sage with fire until you get a nice smoky burn.
• Blow out the fire and use the smoke to cleanse the energy.
• Be sure to open any windows in rooms where you are cleansing to allow the negative energy to leave.
• Close the windows (if you choose) and burn the palo santo or any other incense to welcome back positive energy.
